Please join us at Stillpoint at Beckside for this contemplative gathering on Saturday, Dec. 2nd, 9am – 1pm.

‘The Ultimate Mystery is the ground in which our being is rooted, the source from whom our life emerges at every moment.’ Thomas Keating

Advent is a season of opportunity to give fresh thought to this insight and cultivate habits of hospitality before its ongoing Coming and Manifestation. It can be an inspiration and sure guide as we come forth each day into a sometimes confusing and seemingly unmoored world. Its light cannot be overcome by darkness as it is ‘a lamp for lighting a way through the dark, until the dawn comes, and the morning star rises in our hearts.’ (2 Peter 1:19).

All times and seasons invite God’s mercies, as the poet John Donne has said, and this day of gathering may be a particular invitation to be replenished by the Light that is never spent. Join us for this contemplative gathering.

This event is limited to 20 people. Registration is required.
