Please join us at Stillpoint at Beckside for a guided forest bathing/nature therapy outdoor contemplative experience on Saturday, Sept. 23, 9am -12pm.
Forest bathing, also referred to as nature therapy, is a practice of soaking up sights, sounds, and the feel of our natural environment. It offers a nourishing form of embodied self care and can be a special benefit for those who are called to help heal the broken relationships between humans and the more-than-human world.
In a climate changed world, healing of humans and the natural world happens TOGETHER, or not at all. The medicine that brings healing is in experiencing the interconnection. Forest bathing is a valued component of growing our awareness of oneness.
Join us on Stillpoint’s 5 acres for an outdoor experience of entanglement with nature and each other.
This event is limited to 20 people. Registration is required.
