“The Holy Ideas constitute a view of reality as unity.”
A.H. Almaas, “Facets of Unity”
Each Holy Idea is a non-dualist view of reality which is freed from the prejudices of the personality. From this vantage point, we might experience personal and public realities within an understanding that whatever exists, exists within a unifying wholeness.
Exploring the perspectives of the Holy Ideas will be the focus of our time together, as we practice holding our finite lives within the unified world of wholeness. This two day offering will include teaching sessions, group discussion, small group work and time for personal reflection.
It will be helpful to have enough familiarity with the enneagram that you have a type you are working with for self understanding.
“The Holy Ideas naturally arises in a clear, quiet mind when a person is present and awake, seeing reality as it actually is.”
Riso and Hudson from “Understanding the Enneagram”
